● The motor base is an octagonal thin steel plate lamination structure, which has the advantages of high stator space utilization, compact internal structure, small moment of inertia, light weight, and adaptability to thyristor power supply.
● All motors are equipped with compensation windings, so the motors have excellent commutation performance and overload capacity.
● The insulation grade of the motor is F, and it is treated with solvent-free vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI). The winding insulation has good insulation performance and mechanical strength.
● The commutator segment is a vertical plate integral structure, and the vertical plate is connected to the armature coil by tungsten inert gas shielded welding (TIG).
● The armature core adopts a skewed slot structure, which can effectively reduce vibration and noise.
● The motor adopts rolling bearings and a non-stop oiling structure.
1. The motor is in continuous duty (S1). Other duty can be converted according to Table 1 to the values in the technical data sheet.

2. The motor cooling method is external cooling and forced ventilation, that is, the motor is equipped with a radial riding blower or duct ventilation or with an air/water cooler. The corresponding relationship between its protection level and cooling method is shown in Table 2. The required cooling air volume, air pressure and fan motor power are shown in Table 3, and the air/non-cooler circulating fan power and cooling water flow are shown in Table 4.
